Time zone wack out

Today has been tough.  I am recovering from the time zone change and still am not over it.  It is now 2am here and I am still up.  That is only midnight back in Portland.  How did I get so used to the different time so quickly?  I really don't know.
sigh...
off to bed to TRY to sleep.
